Arvand mini-LNG project is designed and planned with the aim of exporting LNG to neighboring countries. This project, which is the first mini-LNG plant under construction in Iran, has the ability to export the product to different markets.
The implementation of this project is planned in two phases, in the first phase, a row of the plant with a capacity of 17 thousand tons of LNG per year will be put into operation, and in the second phase, its capacity will reach 50 thousand tons per year. Due to the fact that the project’s earnings are in foreign currency, the risks related to inflation and devaluation of the currency reach the minimum possible amount. Also, the construction of this factory, in addition to creating sustainable employment for around 120 people in the region, will also bring economic prosperity in the region during the construction period.
